Limited Warranty and Scope
Products purchased directly from this website come with a limited warranty. This warranty is valid only within the original country or region of purchase.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights. This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, change, or replace the legal rights of consumers under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
Warranty Coverage and Period
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with the product's user manual during the warranty period.
The warranty period for different products commences on the day after the date of receiving. The specific warranty periods are as follows:

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Defects or damage resulting from normal wear and tear or the normal aging of the product.
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, and other cosmetic damage, unless caused by us.
- Improper Use: Defects or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, liquid damage, exposure to excessive force, extreme thermal or environmental conditions, and use with unapproved accessories.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any repair, alteration, or modification carried out by anyone other than us or an authorized service partner.
- Altered Products: Devices where the serial number has been removed, damaged, defaced, or made illegible.
- Third-Party Resellers: Products not purchased from this website. We recommend contacting the original point of sale for support in such cases.

To initiate a warranty claim, you must follow these steps. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays or the rejection of your claim.

To validate your warranty claim, you must be prepared to provide the following:

Our customer service team will review the provided information to determine if your claim is valid and covered by this warranty. We will notify you of the assessment result and the corresponding resolution.
Our Actions in the Event of Warranty Claims
If you submit a valid claim during the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the type of issue and the availability of the product. Additionally, we waive the requirement to return defective products for claims that can be validated remotely.
The warranty for a replaced product will continue for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for three (3) months from the date of replacement, whichever period is longer.
Costs Associated with Warranty Claims
You will not be charged for the replacement of a defective product during the warranty period. We will also cover all reasonable shipping costs associated with a valid warranty claim which includes the cost for us to send the replacement product to you.

If your defective device stores personal data, it is your responsibility to erase all personal and sensitive information before properly disposing of the device locally. We do not provide repair or data recovery services, and we are not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any programs, data, or other information stored on the device.
